Welcome to ScubaProsConnect. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ScubaProsConnect platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by ScubaEnterprises Ltd.(“we”, “us”, or “our”).

ScubaProsConnect offers three types of accounts:

• Dive Professional: For divemasters, instructors, and dive staff seeking employment opportunities
• Dive Center: For dive schools, resorts, and operators looking to recruit dive professionals
• Diver: For recreational divers looking to discover and review dive centers

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

When using ScubaProsConnect, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information in your profile or listings
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Upload malicious content, spam, or unsolicited advertising
• Attempt to circumvent security features or gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, photos, job listings, messages). By posting content, you grant ScubaProsConnect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with the Service.

Our content: The ScubaProsConnect name, logo, design, and all platform content are the property of ScubaEnterprises Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Matching and Job Services

ScubaProsConnect provides a matching and communication platform. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not a party to any agreement between dive professionals and dive centers. We do not verify the accuracy of profiles, certifications, or job listings unless explicitly stated.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into employment arrangements.

7. Fees and Payment

Basic access to ScubaProsConnect is free for dive professionals. Premium features and dive center accounts may be subject to fees. Pricing details will be published on our website. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do not endorse or guarantee the qualifications, certifications, or abilities of any user. Dive centers and professionals are responsible for verifying credentials independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScubaEnterprises Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScubaEnterprises Ltd. from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
